New Futures Nepal Himalayan Anniversary Treks 2013

Due to the resounding success of the NFN treks in 2008 and 2011 there has been an unprecedented demand for places on the New Futures Nepal Anniversary Trek in 2013. Therefore NFN will be running two Anniversary treks in 2013, taking trekkers along the beautiful Tamang Heritage Trail. 

The treks will both consist of:

An eleven day trip with six days trekking.

A trek along the Tamang Heritage Trail, to discover the beauty of this mountain region, learn about the locals’ culture, visit ancient monasteries and bath in natural hot springs. 

A gentle/moderate trek to a maximum altitude of 3,300m.

Accommodation in hotels, tea houses and tents. 

A guided tour of ancient Bhaktapur and a visit to the Hope Centre to meet the children and staff.

The money you raise will improve the lives of disadvantaged and disabled children and adults in Nepal and India. To experience this trek you will need to raise a minimum sponsorship of £3,100 (total=£3,500). To secure your place a registration fee of £400 is required, but hurry places are filling up fast.
